We started our journey in this industry as a couple of passionate enthusiasts. Now Australian inbound tour operators, we remain enthusiasts who created 39 Degrees South, and now have a shared experience of over 80 years between us.

MEET THE EXECUTIVES OF 39 DEGREES SOUTH
The company has as its founders, 2 industry stalwarts with a collective experience of over 80 years in the travel and tourism industry. Their experience stretches across continents from USA, Middle East, Asia and Australia and ranges from travel agencies, both leisure and corporate, to airlines and as both outbound and inbound tour operators.
Nayaz Noor, CEO
A Wharton School of Business Alumni, Nayaz spent 15 years in the United States working for retail travel agents and wholesale tour operators including Gate 1 Travel.
Nayaz then established a B2B wholesale agency in India for 7 years promoting destinations worldwide as an outbound tour operator and also represented a few international tourism products and entities.
Nayaz & Suchitra then migrated to Australia in 2013 and founded an Inbound Tour Company (Safir Tours Pty Ltd). For the past 12 years Safir Tours has established itself in the market and is known for its reliability and professionalism. Today, Safir Tours has now rebranded and is trading as 39 Degrees South.
Suchitra Reddy, Director
Suchitra has spent over 4 decades with major travel agencies and airlines like TWA, British Airways, American Express, Carlson Wagon lit, Maritz etc, honing her sales and customer service skills with several accomplishments and accolades.
With her vast experience in the USA in corporate travel agencies, the B2B tour company in India and now in Australia handling travel agents worldwide, she has played a pivotal role in the success of Safir Tours in Australia. The diverse experience in 3 different continents has helped her to better understand the culture and needs of Western and Eastern travellers worldwide.
